A retainer is a monthly service where you receive dedicated support hours from DNJ Studios. These hours can be used for website updates, eCommerce improvements, marketing support, SEO updates, troubleshooting and general digital optimisation.
Typical tasks include website updates, Shopify or Squarespace support, email marketing edits, SEO improvements, landing page updates, small design changes, marketing advice and general troubleshooting.
Major projects such as full website builds, complete redesigns, brand identity projects or large development work are quoted separately.
Each retainer plan includes a set number of hours per month. These hours can be used for any eligible tasks within the scope of support.
No. Retainer hours reset each month and do not roll over.
